Qualifications

• 10+ years designing integrated campaigns that drive measurable talent outcomes.
• Ability to integrate EVP with staffing programs and mobility.
• Expert knowledge of recruitment marketing across channels.
• Leadership of senior creative or design professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-segment employer brand strategy aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Ensure consistency across candidate touchpoints.
• Design campaigns aligned to hiring needs with channel strategy.
• Create a cohesive employer brand and engagement ecosystem.
• Establish data-driven evaluation of job boards and sourcing channels.
• Reallocate investments based on ROI and market intel.
• Provide executive reporting linking brand activity to funnel metrics.
• Define and operationalize employer brand and campaign performance metrics.
• Partner with Marketing, HR, and TA to align positioning and investments.
• Ensure employer brand is reflected in interview processes and candidate communications.
• Incorporate fraud-awareness and candidate-protection messaging in brand channels.
• Provide leadership and develop team capabilities.
• Foster ambassadorship and advocacy for the employer brand.
• Develop leadership capability within the team and prioritise upskilling.
• Promote psychological safety and continuous learning.
