Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director, Strategic Carrier Relations to lead our Benefit Carrier Integration partnerships across major accounts. You will drive onboarding, API integrations, and strategic collaborations with carriers and brokers to enhance the client experience and expand ADP Workforce Now solutions.

You will partner with technology, product, implementation, and legal teams, travel up to 30% in the Continental US, and translate data into ROI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in a client service and/ or implementation environment and/or management in HR/Benefits/ Insurance Product development and management where you had direct interaction with clients and/or external Partners.
• Exceptional business and financial acumen, communication/ presentation skills, and sound business judgment.
• Highly collaborative with a partner mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Proven experience working within complex internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build and grow strong relationships with internal partners across technology, product, implementation, service, and legal.
• Comfortable working closely with Senior Level Executives across the organization.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience preforming data analysis as input to ROI development.
• Ability to travel 20%-30% in the Continental US

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Relationships. You will leverage your industry expertise to build, grow, and retain strategic relationships with benefits carriers and support their successful onboarding and integration.
• Improve the Client Experience. You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance and improve the benefit carrier integration process with a focus on modern API technology and enhanced digital experiences across our platforms.
