Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Director, Strategic Carrier Relations to lead the Benefit Carrier Integration strategy for Workforce Now Benefits clients and ensure smooth delivery of carrier integrations.

You will drive strategic partnerships with carriers and brokers, focusing on API integration and data-driven insights to improve onboarding, digital experiences, and overall partner performance across ADP products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in a client service and/ or implementation environment and/or management in HR/Benefits/ Insurance Product development and management where you had direct interaction with clients and/or external Partners.
• Exceptional business and financial acumen, communication/ presentation skills, and sound business judgment.
• Ability to travel 20%-30% in the Continental US.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Relationships. You will leverage your industry expertise to build, grow, and retain strategic relationships with benefits carriers and support their successful onboarding and integration.
• Improve the Client Experience. You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance and improve the benefit carrier integration process with a focus on modern API technology and enhanced digital experiences across our platforms.
