Job summary

ADP is hiring a Director, Strategic Carrier Relations to develop and execute the carrier integration partnership strategy for Workforce Now. You will drive strategic carrier relationships, onboarding, and API-enabled integrations to enhance client experiences and reduce errors.

You will work across HR/Benefits products, leverage data to uncover new opportunities, and partner with executives to deliver innovative solutions that scale across the Benefits ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in a client service and/or implementation environment and/or management in HR/Benefits/ Insurance Product development and management with client/external partner interaction.
• Exceptional business and financial acumen, communication/presentation skills, and sound business judgment.
• Highly collaborative with a partner mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Experience working within complex internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build and grow strong relationships with internal partners across technology, product, implementation, service, and legal.
• Comfortable working closely with Senior Level Executives across the organization.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience performing data analysis as input to ROI development.
• Ability to travel 20%-30% in the Continental US

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Benefit Carrier Integration partnership strategy for ADP Major Account’s Carrier integrations.
• Drive strategic relationships with benefits carriers and brokers, supporting onboarding and integration.
• Improve the carrier integration process with focus on API technology and enhanced digital experiences.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities and deliver in-market solutions that delight carriers and clients.
