Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director, Strategic Carrier Relations to lead the partnership strategy with benefit carriers and brokers for ADP Workforce Now. The role focuses on API integrations, seamless digital experiences, and driving acquisition and growth of carrier partnerships.

You will build and manage strategic relationships, influence cross-functional teams, and travel across the Continental US as needed to deliver value to Workforce Now Benefits clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in client service and/or implementation environments or management with direct client/external partner interaction.
• Excellent business and financial acumen, communication/presentation skills, and sound judgment.
• Highly collaborative with a partner mindset and ability to work across internal/external teams.
• Willingness to travel 20%–30% across the Continental US.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic relationships with benefit carriers and brokers, ensuring onboarding and integration success.
• Improve the carrier integration process with modern API tech and digital experiences across our platforms.
