ADP is seeking a Director, Strategic Carrier Relations to lead the Benefit Carrier Integration partnerships for Workforce Now. You will develop and execute a carrier strategy, drive onboarding and integration with APIs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
You will partner with carriers and brokers, travel 20-30% in the Continental US, and influence product development and IT teams across Health & Welfare, HSA/FSA, Medical, and Absence Management.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing against ADP Major Account's Benefit Carrier Integration partnership strategy while ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of service to Workforce Now Benefits clients with Carrier integrations.
You will make your mark by successfully driving strategic and transformational partnerships with key benefit carriers and brokers focused on API integration with ADP Workforce Now. Your industry expertise and customer focus will be instrumental to drive acquisition of new carrier partnerships and to grow and retain existing partnerships.
To thrive in this role, you will have proven experience working with benefit carriers, and/or brokers, and/or product development and Information Technology teams across Health & Welfare, Payroll Deduction Products (HSA, FSA), Medical, and/or Absence Management. You are an expert in your field and leverage data to drive new opportunities for effective partnerships. You are passionate about delivering new and innovative solutions to market that delight our carriers and mutual clients by enabling seamless integrations and digital experiences with ADP products and services.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
