Job summary

Pregis LLC is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead national and integrator accounts, building long-term relationships and delivering comprehensive packaging and automation solutions. You will align with regional sales teams and internal partners to grow revenue and market share.

The role requires traveling 40%–70% during peak seasons and forging executive-level reviews, proposals, and contracts for strategic customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Proven ability to translate customer needs into opportunities.
Focus on revenue growth, customer retention, and goal attainment.
Experience selling via distribution channels; packaging knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and integrator account activities to expand national partnerships.
Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and retention.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
Prepare executive-level business reviews and sales presentations to accounts and partners.
Develop proposals, contracts, and negotiations for long-term customers.
Provide accurate forecasting and deliver regular leadership updates.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
