Operations · New York City · FullTime · Senior level
The role is to own one large enterprise brokerage partnership from start to finish, getting new offices and teams live and growing use across capital markets, leasing and debt groups. A strong candidate has spent time inside a commercial real estate brokerage in a deal facing seat and also worked in consulting or strategy, and has grown a revenue bearing customer relationship before. The work calls for building account plans, running a steady cadence with senior leaders, making the return case in the client's own numbers, and eventually hiring and leading account managers.
The product turns a firm's underwriting models, comps and deal history into pitch decks and other deal materials, so much of the busywork around those documents is handled by the tool. What stays human is reading how teams actually work, earning trust with producers and market leaders, spotting risk in usage signals, and deciding where the product should go next. The account owner connects the client's real problems to the product and engineering teams, which is judgment and relationship work rather than automation.
This seat offers hands on exposure to rolling out an AI product inside a large, traditional industry, including workflow discovery, template design and adoption tracking. A candidate can build that background by learning how AI tools fit into deal materials and by getting fluent in usage and health data for accounts. Experience selling or supporting a B2B software or AI product is listed as a plus, not a requirement.
