Responsibilities:

- Coach and Develop: Mentor and guide strategic account managers to reach their full potential.
- Strategize for Success: Craft business strategies to dominate the market and exceed revenue goals.
- Discover Opportunities: Uncover new strategic and national account opportunities through research and analysis.
- Build Relationships: Leverage our value proposition to forge long-lasting customer relationships.
- Plan and Execute: Set strategic account plans and sales objectives, ensuring alignment with our long-term goals.
- Track and Improve: In conjunction with President and VP of Commercial Business, prepare monthly sales forecasts, track performance, and devise action plans to close gaps.
- Collaborate: Work with various departments to enhance lead generation and productivity, including Sales, Operations, Branch Administration, Branch Management, Project Management, Merchandising and Warehouse Operations.
- Communicate: Maintain effective communications with high-value prospects and build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of national, enterprise, or strategic commercial sales & sales management experience, including P&L management.
- Results-Driven: Proven ability to drive results across a distributed workforce and influence stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrable success in a national business development leadership role.
- Organizational Skills: High level of organizational and analytical skills.
- Metrics Mastery: Ability to use business key metrics to drive accountability and change.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated: Highly motivated with a sense of urgency.
