Summary:

The Strategic Accounts Coordinator is to serve as the customer service point of contact for large Strategic Accounts. The individual will serve as the steward for the setup process on specific accounts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Seek to understand the needs of the Strategic Accounts

  • Answer incoming calls promptly to establish a premier service level for Strategic Accounts

  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with purchasers and utilizing reference materials, as needed, to follow through with customers

  • Assist clients with questions or concerns while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude

  • Assist clients with the return of incorrect or damaged merchandise within the guidelines established by MWI and the manufacturers we represent

  • Attend weekly sales meetings to keep informed on new products, changes within the industry, and systematic changes within MWI

  • Monitor Strategic account queue voicemail daily

  • Monitor Strategic Account new account set-ups

  • Oversee Strategic Account SharePoint workflow site and process

  • Assist individual MWI departments, in the account setup, in order ensure accuracy and to expedite account setup

  • Provide general support for MWI E-commerce

  • Gather information regarding Strategic Accounts and share any necessary information with Strategic Account Team (e.g., changes in staff, and disgruntled clients)

  • Assist MWI Returns resolving returns questions

  • Utilize the computer as a sales aid and be competent in the use of e-mail, Microsoft Excel, AS400, Outlook, and other key systems

  • Stay current on the full line of products and services offered by MWI

  • Demonstrate competency in MWI sales programs, promotions and products

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-2+ years’ experience in a marketing or advertising role

  • Ability to think strategically, execute efficiently and attend to details as well as be equally balanced in business and tech savvy

  • Must be a confident self-starter who is solution-oriented and who possess the ability to structure complex issues and multi-task

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required

  • Strong presentation, communication and relationship building skills are essential

  • High level of computer literacy and systems, as well as a high level of accuracy and detail orientation, is necessary

Full time Salary Range* $50,200 - 71,940

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
