Job summary

7-Eleven in the US seeks a Director of Digital Product Management to own the vision, strategy, and delivery for RIS, 7BOSS and in-store digital systems. You will lead product managers, collaborate with engineering, UX, and field operations to modernize legacy platforms and introduce new capabilities that reduce store labor and improve franchisee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record delivering products in retail tech domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams at scale.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall product vision and strategy for enterprise store platforms.
• Collaborate across engineering, UX, and field ops to align roadmaps.
• Define metrics, measure outcomes, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Mentor and grow the Product Management team and oversee stakeholder alignment.
