Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Director, Digital Product Management to own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and delivery for store technology platforms, including RIS and back-office systems, across thousands of locations.

In this highly visible role you will translate enterprise needs into a prioritized roadmap, lead a team of product managers, collaborate with engineering, design, and field operations, and drive measurable store improvements and franchisee satisfaction at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with consumer-facing and internal platforms.
• Proven success delivering products in retail tech domains (eCommerce, wallets, mobile apps, delivery).
• Experience with store technology and back-office systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall product vision and strategies for the enterprise product portfolio.
• Translate customer and associate needs into a prioritized roadmap and drive adoption.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to align products and deliver a seamless user experience.
