Qualifications

• Experience delivering consumer-facing and internal platforms in retail/restaurant tech.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric design, UX research, and agile delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive enterprise roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the product vision and roadmap for enterprise store platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UX Research, and Field Ops to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption and measure impact against store productivity and franchisee satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, prioritization, and funding across a multi‑product portfolio.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers; foster collaboration across teams.
