• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in an operational environment such as retail or analytics.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to tell a clear story with data and translate analyses into recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve engineered labor standards and labor model inputs.
• Forecast workload and inform labor planning decisions using data and methods.
• Design, test, validate, and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement through analysis and field observation.
• Plan pilots, validations, and field tests to measure impact of changes.
• Communicate analyses and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate data insights into compelling stories for partners to act on.
• Collaborate with Store Ops, Finance, HR, Product, Technology, and others to support initiatives.
• Maintain governance and quality-control for labor methodologies.
