Job summary

Cedar Health Research is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to build and manage sponsor and CRO relationships, develop a pipeline of studies, and position the network for optimal trial opportunities. You will collaborate with investigators, site operations, and finance to ensure feasible, bid-ready opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in clinical research business development, a proven network of sponsors/CROs, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business development, site alliances, or sales in clinical research.
• Experience with a site network, SMO, or multi-site research organization.
• Established relationships with sponsors, CROs, or site selection teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel for sponsor meetings and industry conferences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with pharma and biotech sponsors, CROs, and site selection teams to meet annual study sales targets.
• Pursue preferred-provider, master services agreement (MSA), and strategic partnership arrangements with CROs and sponsors.
• Represent the network at industry events and drive follow-up.
• Develop marketing materials, capability decks, and a clear value proposition for the network.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline in a CRM, forecasting awards and enrollment-driven revenue.
