Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NFIP certification or proven NFIP experience preferred.
• P&C license or related trainings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for specialty coverages (flood, real estate, commercial, condominiums) across multiple locations.
• Lead and improve workflows, KPI reporting, and client servicing while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with risk, legal, and compliance teams to enforce risk management objectives and service standards.
• Develop staff, mentor leaders, and manage resources to meet service levels and budget goals.

Education
