Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy for pharmacy, medical and integrated products. You will lead development and oversight of a portfolio of Specialty programs, driving innovation and measurable outcomes while partnering across clinical, technical, operational, and business teams.

You will collaborate with external stakeholders and may deliver strategic roadmaps for medical, pharmacy, or integrated specialty solutions,

Qualifications

• PharmD or B.S. Pharmacy degree required.
• 3 years of pharmacy experience in a PBM/managed care or cross-benefit management.
• Current pharmacist license to practice in applicable state(s).

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products; oversee the development and implementation of product solutions.
• Lead or support Specialty and Clinical program and product teams in development and maintenance of any additional specialty solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
• Provide insight into competitor products and services.
• Partner with Health Outcomes and Analytics teams to manage data and utilization metrics.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Trade Relations on programs impacting contracting and performance.
• Work with Pharmacy teams as a strategy partner for UM programs, formulary, and drug lists.
• Support Claims Operations and Clinical Operations for pharmacy and medical benefits.
• Engage with Technology and Architecture for product strategy and reporting.
• Develop and assist with product development and performance reporting.
