Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director to shape and execute the clinical strategy across pharmacy, medical, and integrated products. You will guide a portfolio of specialty programs, driving innovation, outcomes, and strategic alignment with business goals while collaborating with clinical, operational, technical, and business teams.

Qualifications

PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree (minimum).
3 years of pharmacy experience in a PBM, managed care, specialty pharmacy or cross-benefit management.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products; oversee the development and implementation of product solutions.
Lead or support Specialty and Clinical program and product teams in development and maintenance of any additional specialty solutions.
Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends; provide insights into competitor products and services.
Partner with Health Outcomes and Analytics, Pharmacy Trade Relations, Pharmacy team, and Technology/Architecture to deliver programs and solutions.
May lead or support in presenting program results and solutions to Clients.
