Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the United States (Tallahassee, FL) seeks a Director of Space and Occupancy Planning to lead occupancy planning across client portfolios, generating space layouts, coordinating moves, and ensuring accurate data for planned facilities.

You will manage day-to-day requests, develop site strategies, and partner with Move Managers and Project Managers to deliver cost-efficient, scalable space solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project or Construction Management.
• 7-10 years of related experience in a corporate real estate/space planning environment.
• Experience in communicating with all levels of management and developing occupancy plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversees space and personnel move requests to maximize space efficiencies and align with CRE goals.
• Maintains relationships with client lines of business to understand requirements and impacts to portfolio.
• Develops migration plans and sequencing of group relocations with Project/Move Managers.
• Generates space layout options and data in approved formats for planning and handoff.
• Ensures space management data reflects current occupancy across territories and audits data sources.
• Collaborates with Strategy, Project Management, Facility Management and CRE team members.
