Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Space and Occupancy Planning to lead space planning and occupancy strategies across client portfolios in a defined geographic region. You will oversee space layouts, moves, and data management to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions and drive client satisfaction.

The role requires extensive experience in space planning, occupancy analysis, and collaboration across Strategy, Project Management, and CRE teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related discipline.
• 7-10 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a corporate team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees space and personnel move requests to maximize efficiency.
• Maintains relationships with client lines of business to understand requirements.
• Recommend improvements for operational efficiency, cost savings, asset utilization.
• Collaborates with Strategy, Project Management, Facility Management and CRE teams.
• Interfaces with Client to develop options and prepare final documents for approval.
• Serves as primary client contact for relocation requests.
