Qualifications

• 7-10 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a corporate team environment.
• Experience developing site occupancy plans and short/long term scenarios.
• BA/BS in a related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all facility space and personnel move requests to maximize space efficiency.
• Maintains relationships with client lines of business to understand requirements.
• Recommends improvements for operational efficiency and asset utilization.
• Collaborates with CRE team members on planning and execution.
• Develops migration plans and sequencing for relocations.
• Organizes data and creates planning documents for client approval.
• Ensures space management system reflects current occupancy.
• Interfaces with Move Manager and Project Manager as needed.
