Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of related experience
• Minimum 5 years in a corporate team environment
• Experience in communicating with all levels of management
• Development of site occupancy plans for short/long term scenarios to include supply and demand analysis

Responsibilities

• Oversees facility space and personnel move requests within territory to maximize space efficiencies
• Establishes and maintains relationships with client lines of business to understand requirements
• Makes recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and asset utilization
• Collaborates with Strategy, Project Management, Facility Management and CRE teams
• Interacts with Client to develop options, finalize concepts and obtain approval
• Manages group moves and coordinates with Move Managers for relocations
