Job summary

SEAKR Engineering in Centennial, CO invites an accomplished leader for the Director of Business Development role. You will shape growth by developing and executing BD strategies, managing a team, and building relationships with government, defense contractors, and commercial aerospace customers.

You will work with executives to identify high-potential opportunities, craft capture plans, and align product strategies with mission requirements, while traveling as needed and representing the company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with emphasis in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Engineering Management or an MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth.
• Collaborate with executives to define short-, mid-, and long-term goals.
• Provide input from industry, market, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
• Identify new opportunities and develop capture strategies for bids.
• Lead the Business Development team and ensure accountability and performance.
• Represent the company at industry events and with key clients.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Master’s degree in Engineering Management or MBA (preferred)
