Starwood Hotels seeks a Director of Spa and Retail to lead a luxury spa and retail team in Hawaii. You will drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and financial results while upholding a serene, on-brand guest experience.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury spa leadership, strong communication, and a track record of managing spa operations and guest engagement in a premium setting. A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.

About you...

• Passionate about hospitality, spas and guest service with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the role within the luxury market.
• A post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledgeable of spa operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.

Salary

$165,000-$175,000 + incentive bonus
