1 Hotel South Beach is seeking a Director of Spa and Retail to lead our luxury spa and retail operations, ensuring serene guest experiences and flawless service.

You will manage a high-performing team, drive guest engagement and financial performance, and thrive in a 24-hour luxury environment in Miami Beach.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in luxury spa leadership and a post-secondary degree is a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury spa role.
• Diploma or degree is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of spa operations.
• Strong leadership and financial performance track record.
