Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an Assistant Manager, Wellness & Spa to lead the spa team, ensuring serene guest experiences and flawless service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar role, a post-secondary diploma preferred, strong spa operations knowledge, and proven leadership and financial acumen. Must communicate effectively and be flexible for 24-hour operations.

About you...

Passionate about hospitality, spas and guest service with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.

A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

Advanced knowledgeable of spa operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
