LVT is seeking a Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain Management to lead the supply chain organization in Spanish Fork, Utah. This role drives procurement, inventory control, and cost optimization for rapid hardware manufacturing growth.

You will partner with R&D and engineering to integrate sourcing strategies early in product development and establish robust ERP-driven processes for scalable operations.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, and inventory management within high-growth physical hardware or manufacturing environments.
• Strong ability to train, grow, lead, and elevate multi-tiered teams.
• Experience partnering with R&D and engineering teams to integrate supply chain strategy early in new product development (NPI).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor procurement and inventory teams for excellence.
• Design and refine end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Ensure component availability to support rapid manufacturing.
• Optimize inventory investments with demand planning and safety stock.
• Collaborate with R&D and hardware engineering on NPI.
• Develop strategic sourcing strategies and negotiate supplier terms.
• Establish KPIs and run vendor management reviews.
• Analyze market trends and mitigate supply risks.
• Report quarterly on margin, turns, and landed cost.
