OnLogic, based in South Burlington, Vermont, seeks a Director of Global Supply Chain to lead Procurement, Purchasing, Demand Planning and Logistics on a global scale. You will drive end-to-end supply chain strategies across product lifecycles, working with Product Management and Engineering to ensure on-time launches and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, and a bias for action in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience with a minimum of 5+ years in leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience/knowledge working on product developments.
• Proven knowledge of CM/ODM/OEM/COTS business models.
• Experience managing an S&OP process.
• RFQ package creation, supplier source selection, and cost analysis.
• Experience managing an international team is a plus.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing Supply Chain strategies to support OnLogic’s Revenue, EBITDA, and Working Capital goals.
• Managing Supply Chain KPIs, supplier scorecards, and driving process improvements.
• Collaborating with Product Management to develop sourcing strategies to support the product roadmap and developing forecasts for customer deliveries.
• Partnering with Engineering and Project Management to ensure new products launch on time, within scope and budget.
• Negotiating Supply Agreements and cost reductions with Tier 1 suppliers.
• Identifying opportunities to compress lead times and reduce direct material costs.
• Preparing Supply Chain analyses and Executive-level presentations for decision making.
• Meeting with suppliers and stakeholders for key operational and status updates used to drive supplier relationship management and process improvement.
