Job summary
LiveView Technologies in Spanish Fork, Utah, seeks a Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain Management to scale operations for our intelligent site technology. You will lead procurement, inventory control, and supplier relationships while shaping end-to-end processes and partnering with R&D on complex hardware introductions.
This full-time in-office role focuses on optimizing supply availability, cost, and performance, with travel to key suppliers as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement and inventory management.
- Proven ability to build and grow multi-tiered teams.
- Experience partnering with R&D and engineering on NPI.
- Strong negotiation and strategic sourcing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain organization.
- Design and refine end-to-end supply chain processes and our Oracle Fusion ERP infrastructure.
- Optimize total inventory investment with demand planning, safety stock, and inventory accuracy.
- Partner closely with R&D and Hardware Engineering early in development to ensure cost-effective sourcing and launches.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies and evaluate new suppliers.
- Establish KPIs and lead business reviews to improve vendor performance and on-time delivery.
