Job summary

Integrated Engineering LLC is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to build a high-performing global sourcing organization for low-volume, high-complexity parts with premium fit and finish. You will drive hardware gross margins and manage a multi-facility network to get premium parts to customers quickly.

You will lead Lean initiatives, optimize supplier performance, and influence design and tooling decisions to improve manufacturability and cost while sustaining aggressive growth and robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years leading international supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
• 5+ years supervising teams.
• Direct experience managing Asia-based manufacturing partners.
• Experience sourcing electromechanical or electronic assemblies.
