Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Director of Sourcing to lead strategy, supplier management, and procurement execution for hyperscale data center-related technology commodities. You will influence cost, quality, and delivery across global supply chains through strong supplier partnerships.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to enable NPI and product lifecycles, while driving risk mitigation and supply continuity in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 12+ years in sourcing/procurement/supply chain
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing sourcing teams
• Deep knowledge of server, networking, storage, semiconductor, or data center infra supply chains
• Proven experience with strategic suppliers and large annual spend portfolios
• Strong negotiation, supplier development, and commercial management skills
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing or tech environments
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term supplier strategies focusing on cost optimization and supply continuity.
• Drive supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and commercial agreements.
• Manage allocation challenges and constrained supply by coordinating commitments and escalation.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams on NPI and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing for material availability and execution.
• Lead executive supplier reviews and performance management with KPIs.
• Develop risk mitigation for tariffs, geopolitical impacts, and trade compliance.
• Support localization and multi-region sourcing to strengthen resilience.

This leadership role drives cost competitiveness, supply continuity, supplier performance, and risk mitigation while supporting aggressive growth, NPI launches, and customer demand requirements.
