Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect to drive customer-facing infrastructure engagements across AI, compute, storage, and networking deployments. You will translate workloads into deployable architectures and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in solutions architecture, hyperscale infrastructure, AI infrastructure, datacenter architecture, or technical customer engagement roles.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, server architectures, GPU systems, networking, storage, rack integration, power and cooling.
• Experience engaging directly with hyperscaler, cloud, enterprise, or AI-native customers.
• Excellent customer communication and presentation skills.
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing infrastructure solution engagements across AI, compute, storage, and networking deployments.
• Translate workload and infrastructure requirements into deployable technical solutions.
• Define end-to-end infrastructure architectures spanning server platforms, accelerators, networking, storage, rack integration, power and cooling.
• Develop technical proposals, architecture presentations, solution specifications, and customer design recommendations.
• Collaborate with CTO Architecture, platform architects, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align solutions with execution capability.
• Support solution costing, configuration definition, deployment modeling, and infrastructure scaling recommendations.
• Represent Hyve in customer technical reviews, architecture discussions, and strategic infrastructure planning engagements.
