• Experience working in open source, developer-centric GTM motions, or observability.
• Extensive experience with complex, enterprise sales and fast-paced high-growth environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in 2nd line SE leadership.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a high-performing Solutions Engineering team for the East region.
• Act as a culture carrier and collaborate across AE, SE roles.
• Scale East SE organization to 20+ SEs and prepare for larger scale across products and GTM motions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to evolve playbooks, processes and enablement to improve win rates.
