Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking an experienced Director, Solar Projects to lead solar deployments across residential, commercial, and utility-scale programs.

You will plan, manage, and deliver projects from initial planning through installation and commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high quality. You will collaborate with engineering, operations and field teams to ensure practical, reliable deployments in real environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field; Master’s degree is advantageous; PhD preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience in solar project execution or renewable energy infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of solar systems and project management.
  • Experience managing projects from planning to installation.
  • Understanding of real-world challenges such as site conditions, timelines and cost control.
  • Organized, practical and results-driven; strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Director, Solar Projects to lead Exoben’s solar deployments.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering solar projects across residential, commercial and utility-scale applications.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to installation and commissioning. You will ensure that solar systems are delivered on time, within budget and at high quality.

You will work closely with engineering, operations and field teams to ensure projects are practical and perform reliably in real environments.

This role is focused on execution, coordination and consistent delivery.

  • You have experience managing projects from planning to installation.
  • You understand real-world challenges such as site conditions, timelines and cost control.
  • You are organized, practical and focused on results.
  • You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
