Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• PhD is preferred.
• Experience in solar PV design or renewable energy systems.
• Understanding of system layout, performance and installation requirements.
• Detail-oriented and efficiency-focused.
• Strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design solar PV system layouts for residential, commercial and utility-scale projects.
• Optimize panel placement for maximum energy generation.
• Consider site conditions such as orientation, shading and environment.
• Ensure designs are practical for installation and deployment.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate systems with storage and grid.
• Support project teams with design documentation.
