Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Director of Operations (Solar) to lead engineering, planning, start-up, and construction for self-performing projects. You will drive safety, quality, and customer relationships while building high-performing teams across multiple phases.

The role requires extensive solar construction leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets, contracts, procurement, and change management.

Formación

• 12+ years of construction experience required.
• 8+ years of solar construction project experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight across engineering, planning, start-up, and construction phases.
• Foster safety culture and ensure health and welfare of personnel.
• Develop leaders and high-performing teams; manage subcontractors and suppliers.
