Job summary

La Raza Community Resource Center in San Francisco seeks a Director of Social Services Programs to lead and oversee our social services portfolio. You will supervise staff, ensure compliant case-management, and coordinate with finance on billing and reporting to support immigrant and underserved communities.

You will implement PEAR Suite, train staff on workflows, and cultivate strong community partnerships to improve service access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in social services or nonprofit programs, including supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing social services programs serving individuals and families facing financial, housing, food, or other challenges.
• Strong understanding of case management practices and coordination with service providers.
• Experience with client management systems; familiarity with PEAR Suite, Medi-Cal billing, and CHW requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the social services team; conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations.
• Oversee case-management practices and program operations; monitor outcomes and service quality.
• Coordinate with Finance and Administration on billing, reporting, and compliance needs.
• Develop sustainable volunteer management systems and train staff/volunteers for CHW requirements.
• Lead implementation and training for PEAR Suite workflows and documentation standards.
