Job summary

PRC Baker Places in San Francisco is seeking a Case Management Program Director to lead agency-supported housing and case management services, aligning programs with mission and strategic priorities. You will supervise staff, monitor outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance to support client care.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Clinical Services and collaborates across departments to achieve high-quality, trauma-informed services for diverse populations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active licensure or registration in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as one of the listed licenses.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health program management and supervision.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and promoting professional development.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health case management, housing, and recovery-oriented care.
• Experience ensuring Medi-Cal documentation compliance and regulatory standards.
• Ability to develop KPIs and quality improvement initiatives based on data.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and social rehabilitation principles.
• Cultural humility and competency with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of cooperative housing programs and case management services.
• Develop and monitor policies, practices, and procedures to improve outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to clinical philosophy and service standards.
• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate program staff.
• Monitor staff productivity and service units across billable categories.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation per standards.
• Collect and analyze client and program data to measure outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with Medi-Cal, county contracts, and regulations.
• Build relationships with landlords to support housing stability.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to evaluate performance.
• Promote equitable, trauma-informed services for diverse clients.
• Participate in on-call schedule and other duties as assigned.
