Job summary

Asian Law Caucus seeks an experienced attorney to serve as Program Director of the Workers’ Rights Program in San Francisco. Lead a dynamic team advocating for immigrant and low-wage workers, shaping litigation, policy advocacy, and direct services to protect rights and counter governmental overreach.

• J.D. degree and California bar membership required.
• Eight+ years of employment/workers' rights law experience preferred.
• Experience managing staff and leading a program.

• Lead the Workers’ Rights Program team, setting strategic goals and direction.
• Oversee litigation, policy advocacy, direct legal services, and organizing support.
• Develop partnerships with worker centers and community partners.
• Engage with funders and oversee grants reporting and fundraising events.
