Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years in leadership in human services or customer contact centers.
Deep operational familiarity with SNAP and other public benefits eligibility.
Strong strategic planning and data-informed processes.

Responsibilities

Own contractual relationship with DCYF as SNAP Outreach Grantee.
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight for outreach and Care Center teams.
Set clear milestones; monitor SNAP assist goals for 20+ team members.
Synthesize outcome metrics for leadership, grants, and public communications.
Build relationships with state/county leaders to align SNAP administration guidance.
Develop outreach strategies balancing requests with team capacity.
Partner with IT/Data Analytics to maintain systems like ServiceNow and 3CLogic.
