Qualifications

• Typically 10 to 15 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated success cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Ability to develop and implement sophisticated fundraising strategies that deepen relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to secure six- and seven-figure investments from corporate, foundations, and individuals.
• Build and manage a portfolio of high-capacity corporate and foundation donors.
• Identify funding opportunities and expand corporate and foundation engagement.
• Lead strategic partnerships with grants, programs, marketing, and finance colleagues.
• Provide leadership for the organization's campaign fundraising initiatives.
