Job summary

You will define a multi-year roadmap, partner with Product, Sales and Partnerships, and translate data insights and market trends into scalable growth initiatives for the US market.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the SMB card conversion strategy focused on replacing cash, check, and ACH flows with card based solutions.
• Identify target segments, industries, and use cases with the highest potential for card substitution.
• Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap aligned to SMB and payments growth priorities.
• Lead initiatives that increase card adoption, activation, and spend at scale.
• Partner with Product to shape offerings addressing SMB needs such as cash flow, controls, reconciliation, and ease of use.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channels, and Partnerships to embed card-led strategies into acquisition and portfolio management.
