Mastercard is seeking a Director, Small Business Sales Specialist to lead the SMB go-to-market across North America, partnering with issuer partners and new channels. The role involves cross-functional work with product, marketing, and account teams to grow the SMB footprint and close strategic deals.

Location is flexible between Purchase, NY, New York City or remote, with travel required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and an extensive background in financial services is ideal.

• Experience in financial services and payments ecosystem.
• Experience building enterprise relationships with new partners.
• Ability to lead strategy in a matrixed cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead SMB go-to-market strategy across North America with issuer partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial and New Payment Flows teams to cross-sell solutions.
• Engage clients, identify high-potential opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals.
• Drive SMB commercialization with Product, Account Management, Marketing, Franchise, and Customer Delivery.
• Manage pipeline using SFDC and ensure timely follow-ups and resolution.
