AmerisourceBergen is seeking a Director, Skills & Marketplace Ecosystem to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the enterprise skills framework. You will steward data, experiences, and platforms to enable scalable talent decisions across the organization.

You will partner with HR, technology, analytics, and business teams to build capabilities that advance internal mobility, workforce agility, and future capability building.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise talent, skills, or workforce programs.
• Experience with HRIS, talent marketplace, skills intelligence, or workforce planning.
• Experience across HR, technology, analytics, and business functions.
• Experience managing external vendors and strategic partnerships.
• Strong program leadership and change management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy, governance, and evolution of AmerisourceBergen's enterprise skills architecture.
• Oversee the configuration and optimization of the Talent Marketplace.
• Design experiences to help team members discover career opportunities, projects, mentors, and development pathways.
• Partner with HR Technology, People Analytics, Learning, and external vendors to create an integrated talent ecosystem.
• Translate data into actionable insights that inform workforce decisions.
