Cencora is hiring a Director to lead the Skills & Marketplace Ecosystem, shaping the enterprise skills framework and talent marketplace governance. You will partner with HR, Technology, Analytics, and vendors to create seamless experiences for team members and leaders across talent decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 8+ years leading enterprise talent and skills initiatives.
• Knowledge of skills-based talent strategies, workforce transformation, internal mobility.
• Experience with HRIS, talent marketplace, skills intelligence, or planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and evolution of the enterprise skills architecture.
• Oversee the Talent Marketplace configuration and optimization.
• Design experiences for discovery of opportunities, projects, mentors, and pathways.
• Partner across HR, technology, analytics, and vendors to build an integrated ecosystem.
• Translate data into insights to inform workforce decisions and governance.
