• Strong analytical skills and ERP/demand planning system experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end SIOP cadence across Demand and Supply Reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align demand with supply.
• Develop inventory strategies balancing service, working capital, and capacity.
• Drive KPI development and executive reviews with data-driven decisions.
