PracticeTek in San Diego seeks a Director of Shared Services to lead Payments, Clearinghouse, and Account Services. You will shape the service model, drive performance, and partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Risk to deliver reliable support for clinics.

You will build strong teams, establish escalation practices, and turn customer feedback into product improvements, ensuring high satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Customer Support or related service function, including leadership of managers
• Experience leading a multi-brand shared-services or support organization in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
• Strong knowledge of payments, healthcare clearinghouse, or account services

Responsabilités

• Translate the enterprise Support strategy into a roadmap for Payments, Clearinghouse, and Account Services.
• Standardize intake, routing, ownership, service commitments, handoffs, and escalation paths.
• Define coverage and severity models aligned with customer needs and risk.
• Build workforce plans, operating cadences, and readiness for volume shifts and migrations.
• Own service performance including customer satisfaction, response time, and cost-to-serve.
• Coordinate cross-functional incidents with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk & Compliance.
