Legacy Community Health is seeking a Director of Shared Services to lead centralized finance and administration functions, including Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Accounting support. The role emphasizes standardization, automation, and data‑driven decision making across the organization.

The position requires strong financial leadership, a track record in ERP optimization, and collaboration with HR, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited university.
• Eight (8) years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or shared services operations is required.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience managing multi-functional teams is required.
• Previous experience leading benefits and insurance audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a shared services strategy aligned with organizational financial and operational goals.
• Identify opportunities to centralize, standardize, and scale processes across departments.
• Support long-term initiatives, including standardization, automation, and ERP optimization.
• Partner with the Director of Accounts Payable and Payroll Supervisor to standardize workflows and implement best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives through process redesign and automation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders.
• Implement performance dashboards and reporting to track trends and improvement areas.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audits.
