Job summary

PracticeTek in San Diego is seeking a senior product manager to own PracticeTek Pay, define embedded payments capabilities, and improve provider cash flow and patient checkout across our brand portfolio.

You will lead discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and launches with engineering, design, QA, sales, onboarding, support, marketing, and customer success, translating insights into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Six years+ SaaS product management experience, preferably in healthcare payments.
• Ability to translate insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, QA, sales and support.
• Experience with payments data, onboarding, reconciliation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the PracticeTek Pay product strategy and roadmap for embedded payments.
• Lead discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to support cross-functional outcomes.
• Drive adoption, activation, and measurable improvements in cash flow and checkout.
