BrightView is seeking a Director of Shared Services to guide the overall direction of Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billing, Cash Management and Accounting Services. The role supervises managers, partners with corporate functions, and ensures efficient financial close within the internal control framework.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of business process and systems experience, exceptional leadership and communication, and a proven ability to drive change in transformational periods.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree, or equivalent work experience, in Accounting or Business required.
• 15 or more years of proven business process and systems experience.
• Excellent leadership, critical thinking, communication, and team building skills required.
• Experience with shared services a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the overall Shared Services Team, in support of business process initiatives and BrightView objectives.
• Supervise Shared Services Managers in support of their various teams.
• Support training to Shared Services Team members in all aspects of business processes and procedures.
• Establish metrics and KPIs relative to Shared Services processes and work directly with Manager to develop process improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the support of the Corporate Accounting function by performing account reconciliations, journal entries and general support for the financial close process.
• Oversee support for other financial and administrative activities as needed.
